Keen Smell. The anjanath has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Multiattack. The anjanath makes two attacks. One with its bite and one with its tail. It can make both attacks on the same target
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (1d8+7) piercing damage and 2 fire damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is Grappled (escape DC 16). Until the grapple ends, the target is restrained and can't bite another target.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (2d8+1) bludgeoning damage.
Fire Breath (Recharge 4-5). The anjanath bellows out fire in a 40-foot-long line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw taking 32 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a succeesful one.
