Heated Body. A creature that touches Wrath or hits him with a melee attack while within 5 feet of him takes 6 (2d6) fire damage.
Reckless. At the start of his turn, Wrath can gain advantage on all melee weapon attack rolls during that turn, but attack rolls against him have advantage until the start of his next turn.
Multiattack. Wrath makes two melee weapon attacks.
Blade of Hate. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3d6 + 5 slashing damage.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8 + 5 bludgeoning damage.
Breath Weapon (Recharge 6). Fire Breath. Wrath exhales fire in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d10 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
