Icy Shockwave (Recharge 5-6). The atronach slams its arm to the ground, causing a blast of ice shards that explode outward in a 30-foot cone. Each creature within the area of the attack must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 15). On a failed save, a creature takes 27 (6d8) cold damage and has all modes of movement reduced by 10 ft., or half as much damage and no speed reduction on a successful one.

Description

This version of the frost atronach is based on how it appears in Skyrim. It attacks slowly but powerfully.

Like the Flame atronach I've made before, this creature is a fiend rather than an elemental as it is a daedra native to the plane of oblivion.

Also, I based it's Shockwave DC on it's constitution and it recieves an additional +1, bringing the total to 15.
