Traits

Form Shift: Using his action, Zaldaron can shift his size to a huge to tiny size.

Blink(Regains on a 6): Zaldaron can use its bonus action to blink into the ethereal plane until the start of its next turn. When it reappears it can be up to 15 ft away.

Bite of Revealing: if a creature is under an affect that is altering its memory, that affect is ended if it suffers a bite attack.

Merge: If Zaldaron is emotionally close to a creature, it can use its bonus action to merge with a willing creature to become a tattoo. If a creature knows that Zaldaron is a creature than it can still target  it with spells and affects.

Actions

Fiendish Bite: Melee Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (3d10) piercing damage, and 12 (2d10) Necrotic damage, the target must make a DC 16 CON save or take 27 (5d10) poison damage and is poisoned

Tail swipe: Melee Attack: +11, reach 15 ft, every creature within that 15 ft in front of the target. Hit: 17 (3d10) bludgeoning damage, every target that is hit must make a DC 22 STR save or be thrown 40 ft away from Zaldaron, if the creature is large or smaller it is also knocked prone, if its huge then its only moved 20ft, if its Gargantuan it is not moved.

Toxic Mist: Zaldaron lets loose a gust of highly toxic mist up to 80 ft away, the cloud of toxic mist that fills a 30 ft space. Every Creature in the cloud must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 3d8 poison damage and 3d8 acid damage, or half on a successful save. A creature must make this save when they first enter the mist and at the start of their turn while in the mist. The cloud last for 10 minutes. The cloud ignites if it comes in contact with fire, if the cloud ignites every creature in the cloud takes 10d8 fire damage, creatures within 10 ft of the cloud make a DC18 Dex save, taking 8d8 fire damage on a failed save and is thrown 15 ft back and is prone, on a successful save they take half damage and are pushed 5 ft back

Flare Shot: Zaldaron lets loose a bright blast of flames from his maw up to 120 ft away, which then blossoms with a low roar into an explosion of flame. Each creature in a 30-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a DC18 Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 8d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Legendary Actions

Zaldaron can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. He regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Tail Attack. Zaldaron makes a tail attack.

Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). Zaldaron beats his wings. Each creature within 15 feet of him must succeed on a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw or take 16 (2d6 + 9) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. He can then fly up to half his flying speed.

Description

A Huge Black Serpent with the wings of a Black Dragon to match. He has the red eyes with it turning more pink around the pupil (the pink being like irises). He has a single line of white scales going down the middle of his back.
