Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 11 hit points instead.
Organ Eater. The Zombie Organ Hunter has overgrown from eating organs. If it eats 30 or more organs in one day, it grows 1 ft. taller and deals an extra six damage. If the Zombie Organ Hunter becomes a huge creature (grows 6 ft. taller) it can no longer grow
Multiattack. The Zombie Organ Hunter makes two slam attacks and one longsword attack. It can use one Bomb-Eye instead of two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 7 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
Flame Tongue Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (1d8 + 6) slashing damage plus 6 (1d8) fire damage or 16 (1d10 + 6) slashing damage plus 6 (1d8) fire damage.
Longbow of Orcus’ Might. Range Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage plus 8 (1d12) necrotic damage. If the target is a creature, it must make a DC 15 CON saving throw. If the creature fails the save, the Zombie Organ Hunter uses its movement to remove any one organ (not including a lung or brain) and eats it. Unless healed by a spell, the creature will rise as a zombie in 24 hours. If the creature isn’t a humanoid, ogre, or beholder, use its normal stat block.
