Traits

Devil's Sight. Magical darkness doesn't impede the Xivilai's darkvision.

Magical Deflection. The Xivilai has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. A creature casting a spell with an attack roll has disadvantage when targeting the Xivilai.

Unnatural Strength. The Xivilai has advantage on all strength based checks and can wield weapons with the two-handed property with one hand without penalty.

Innate Spellcasting. The Xivilai's spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 15). The Xivilai can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: Witch Bolt, Darkness, Dispel Magic.

1/day: Summon Greater Demon (Clannfear Only).

2/day each: Fireball, Lighting Bolt

Actions

Multiattack. The Xivilai makes three melee attacks: It can use Hurl Flame in place of any melee attack.

Greataxe of Burning. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (1d12 + 6) slashing damage. The target also takes an additional 3 (1d6) Fire damage.

Hurl Flame. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 150 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (4d6) fire damage. If the target is a flammable object that isn't being worn or carried, it also catches fire.

Description

Highly intelligent, Powerful Daedra in the service of Mehrunes Dagon and his subordinates. Xivilai are more than front line soldiers, these daedra are given high ranking responsibility in the various clans of dremora serving Dagon. Slavemasters, Justiciars, inquisitors, Marshalls, and Magistrates to name a few. Fellowships of 2 or 3  Xivilai can be encountered working together to complete a common task or goal.

Because the Xivilai can speak all languages they can make shrewd and intimidating diplomats. When Lord Dagon, or even lesser daedra, have to deal with mortals, celestials, or fey you can expect to hear from a Xivilai.
