Cold Embrace. The mistress can cast Misty Step at will as a bonus action.
Soul Steal. At the end of each turn in combat, the mistress regains (1d6 + 2) hit points for each Entity that currently has the Soul Tether condition active and is tethered to her.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) slashing damage. If the target is a creature other than an elf or undead, it must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Soul Tether. Melee Weapon Attack: As an action, the mistress may tether herself to an enemy if the target fails a DC 16 WIS save. Upon the death of the mistress, the tethers are broken. If a Bone Ritual is currently active, all tethers the mistress has collected before her death will be automatically tethered to the nearest Bone Ritual when she dies.
