Obey the Wormtouched. Though they are practically mindless, wormswarms unerringly follow simple commands given by other undead servants of Kyuss.

Bites. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 0 ft., one creature in the swarm’s space. Hit: 5 (2d4) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) poison damage, or 2 (1d4) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) poison damage if the swarm has half of its hit points or fewer. Description
Wormswarms are a collection of thousands of tiny green Kyuss worms, each one little more than a tiny mouth with just enough of a body to allow it to move, each one an expression of the malign will of Kyuss in flesh. The long prophesied Age of Worms, when it comes, will arise because of and through these very creatures. As they grow in size, they become increasingly solitary creatures, but in the early stages of life they band together by the thousands, forming a crawling, wriggling mass.
