Quickened Body. The time elemental’s movement does not provoke opportunity attacks, but it is still subject to the effects of feats such as Sentinel or other similar class/racial abilities.
Warped Speed. Once per turn, the time elemental can teleport up to 30ft in any direction.
Rewarp Wounds. If the time elemental starts it’s turn with at least 1 hit point, it gains 1d10 + 2 hit points as it reverses time on itself, closing wounds and regaining vigor.
Multiattack. The elemental makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Turn Back Time. As a bonus action, the time elemental physically moves a target backwards in time. One creature within 30 ft. of the time elemental teleports back to the physical space they occupied at the beginning of the previous round. Any actions taken, spell slots used, ammunition or other equipment expended, or any other effects from the target’s actions during the previous round are unchanged. If the physical location is currently occupied, the target creature appears in the nearest unoccupied space (DM’s choice).
If this ability is used on another time elemental, the target may select any unoccupied space within 30 ft.
Description
A time elemental is a set of five floating crystals, lines of energy crackling between the large crystals. in has no discernable face, and when it speaks, the voice is like a whisper. All creatures only remember the sound, however do not experience it as it happens. Shifts in time allow it to move fast enough that it may as well be teleportation.
These rare creatures can be found around spaces where time has been warped and twisted. Living creations, forced from the flow of time into this form, often done so by a powerful magic user, these creatures' hatred lies with any who tries to destroy the flow of time any further.
These unstoppable forces reverse time even upon themselves, reducing damage done to them slowly over time until they are at full health so long as they have one hit point.
I may just have to throw this at my players. they've been being mean to my npcs they deserve it.
