Keen Sight and Smell. The vulture has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight or smell.
Pack Tactics. The vulture has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the vulture's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Stormsight The vulture ignores disadvantage on perception checks caused by weather conditions.
Multiattack. The vulture makes two attacks: one with its beak and one with its talons. If both attacks hit the same creature, electricity surges through that creature, and they take 3d6 lightning damage.
Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) piercing damage.
Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) slashing damage.
StormRide The vulture teleports to a space it can see within 60ft of it, any creature within 5ft of its new location, must make a DC 14 saving throw, or take 2d6 lightning.
Description
The tempete, people forged from storm and weather, travel the winds on these strange sky birds. Various forms of sky rider vultures exist, primarily thunder and snow varieties. To represent one of these varieties, replace the lightning damage from multiattack and stormride with a damage type of your choice.
