Traits

Berserk. Whenever the Hulk starts its turn with 100 hit points or fewer, roll a d4. On a 4, the Hulk goes berserk. On each of its turns while berserk, the Hulk attacks the nearest creature it can see, with preference for living creatures. If no creature is near enough to move and attack, the Hulk attacks an object, with preference for an object smaller than itself. While berserk, the hulk deals an extra 16 (3d10) damage on each of its melee attacks, but also takes 7 (2d6) bludgeoning damage each time it hits a target with its slam attack.

False Appearance. While the hulk remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a shipwreck.

Immutable Form. The Hulk is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Self-Destructive. Whenever the hulk makes a ranged attack, it takes 7 (2d6) bludgeoning damage.

Siege Monster. The hulk deals double damage to objects and structures.

Actions

Multiattack. The hulk makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (3d10 +6) bludgeoning damage.

Jettison. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit:38 (5d12 +6) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Description

Created from the remains of a destroyed galley, the wreck hulk is an abhorrent mass of rotting wood and flesh. The first wreck hulks were created long ago in the War of Corpses by the necromancer Arykits. When his fleets of slave galleys was wrecked by his storm-wielding adversaries, he created the first wreck hulks to lay waste to the cities of his enemies in retribution. The hulks caused massive mayhem and destruction, but ultimately had no effect on Arykits' downfall. Since then, mad necromancers have used wreck hulks as weapons of mass destruction and as guardians of hidden lairs.
Hidden Fury. Wreck hulks are rare, but very dangerous. The hulk can remain dormant for long periods of time, but when it's awoken, it can attack without any care for itself. When enemies are too far away to hit, it rips off pieces of itself and throws them at them. The more it is damaged, the more it is ready to risk collapsing altogether just to destroy its enemies
Construct Nature. A wreck hulk doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep
