Scaled Toughness His scales make him resistant to certain types of physical harm. Yol has resistance to piercing and slashing damage.
Dragon’s Voice. As a bonus action, you can make your voice audible up to 300 feet away for 1 minute.
Dragon’s Wiles. You have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks.
Multiattack. Yol Vith Tin makes two Greatsword attacks.
Greataxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6+5) slashing damage plus 13 (3d8) Fire damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Flame Breath (Recharge 6). Yol Vith Tin exhales fire in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 36 (8d8) fire damage. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage.
Frightful Presence Bonus Action
As a bonus action, Yol manifests his frightful presence. Each creature of his choice that is within 120 feet of him and aware of him must make a Wisdom saving throw against a DC 16. A creature that fails becomes frightened of Yol for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Yol Vith Tin can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Detect. Yol Vith Tin makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Tail Attack. Yol Vith Tin manifests his tail and makes a tail attack.
Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). Yol Vith Tin beats his wings. Each creature within 5 feet of Yol Vith Tin must succeed on a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or take 12 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. Yol Vith Tin can then fly up to half its flying speed.
