Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature’s space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening larger than 1/2 of an inch. The swarm can’t regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.
Congeal. The swarm forms together into one medium ooze. The ooze looses the Swarm and Adhere features, gains a walking and climbing speed of 30 ft. , and gains the following action: Pseudopod. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 2 (1d4) acid damage. The ooze can return to being a swarm as an action.
Multiattack. The swarm makes 2 Adhere attacks.
Adhere. Melee Weapon Attack: +1 to hit, reach 0 ft., 1 target in the swarm's space. Hit: 4 (2d4 ) acid damage or 2 (1d4) acid damage if the swarm has half its hit points or fewer.. A creature hit by this attack is covered by tiny slimes and takes 2 (1d4) acid damage at the start of its turns. Removing all of the slimes requires the creature to make a DC 11 strength check as an action. Alternatively, the slimes fall off if they are dealt fire damage. If A creature is hit by multiple Adhere attacks, it takes damage from each of them at the start of its turns.
Description
The bane of farmers everywhere, yellow blights are ravenous swarms of oozes that decimate crops and turn herds of livestock into piles of bones. Although the tiny slimes are slow individually, they can congregate into one larger ooze to chase down faster prey.
