Psychic Charge: After a successful attack the creature gets imbued with psychic energy the creature roles (1d4) for the amount psychic charges they get they can have 10 charges at a time.
Feather Control: The creature can control each of its feathers separately even if there not attached.
Equipment Form: The creature can transform into a short sword and a shield. The short sword has hit+3 (1d6+3) slashing damage the target has to make a DC saving throw of 15 on a fail the target takes (1d4) psychic damage. The shield gives +2 to AC if the user gets hit they can use two psychic charges to send out a burst of psychic energy dealing (1d4+1) to everyone else in a 15ft area.
Feather Attack (ranged Weapon Attack): The creature uses 3 of its feathers to attack the target (you can split the attack) each feather deals (1d4) piercing damage the target or targets have to make a DC 14 saving throw on a fail the target or targets takes (1d4) psychic damage. Rang 10-120ft. Can only be used in beast form.
Psychic Heal: The creature can use 3 psychic charges or more to heal a target for (1d4) and (1d4) for each psychic charges used after the 3. Can only be used in beast form.

The creature looks like a crow. The creature has red color to it and purple eyes. The creature can harden its feathers at will to make them as hard as iron the feathers in the hardened stat are very sharp.
