Scream of Despair. Once per long rest, Zirion can, as an action, emit a scream that can be heard within 30 feet. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is frightened for 1 minute. The creature can make a new saving throw at the end of its turns. Once successful, the creature cannot be affected for the next 24 hours.
Uncontrollable Thrist. If Zirion sees blood (even if it's not alchemical blood) or a vial with liquid inside, Zirion becomes uncontrollable and starts attacking the creature with blood or tries to steal and drink a potion. He does whatever comes first.
Multiattack. The blood frenzy makes Zirion a force to be reckoned with and makes his movements faster. Zirions makes two melee attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws (Nails that have grown in size and strength).
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) slashing damage.
Drinking Desperate. Because they spent all their time trying to drink the liquids from the flasks, they ended up developing tremendous skill when using a potion. Being able to use a potion as a bonus action.
Description
Zirions are humans who were enslaved by a master who controls alchemical blood. Zirions become addicted to alchemical blood because of the increase in strength, speed, and the feeling of ecstasy they get. The Zirions do small jobs for their master in exchange for more alchemical blood. Because their masters always deliver vials of blood to their slaves, they are always fascinated by small vials and potions, often attacking apothecaries and potion shops.
