Spellcasting. The chaplain is a 9th-level spellcaster that uses Wisdom as its spellcasting ability (spell save DC 14; +6 to hit with spell attacks). They have the following cleric spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): light, mending, sacred flame, spare the dying
1st level (4 slots): guiding bolt, burning hands, faerie fire,
2nd level (3 slots): flaming sphere, scorching ray, spiritual weapon
3rd level (3 slots): fireball, dispel magic, spirit guardians,
4th level (3 slots): banishment, wall of fire
5th level (1 slot): flame strike
Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) piercing damage or 5 (1d8 + 1) damage when used in two hands to make a melee attack.
