Description

Xhotar Lu'Derthe is the leader of a circle of drow wizards called the Deep Mages. He has many nefarious schemes, one of which is to release a demon named Shurkel from the Stone of Fate, and then force the demon to serve him as a slave. To aquire the stone, Xhotar uses magic to disguise himself as a member of the Arcane Brotherhood named Bamor Steelvarrow. Meenwhile, Xhotar's lakies are spreading darkness in the Silver Marches.

As a creature raised in a city of backstabbing and intrigue, Xhotar has become a shrewd wizard. He enjoys toying with people, making them bend the knee. If he is ever in a dangerous situation, the drow uses an necessary measure to escape with his life and his magic items.
