Traits

Spellcasting. Wulcriq is a 12th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit with spell attacks). He has the following Warlock Spells prepared.

Cantrips (at will): eldritch blast, mage hand, mind sliver, booming blade

1st-5th level (3 slots): armor of agathystelekinesis , synaptic static, far step, confusion, counterspell, evard's black tentacles

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Wulcriq fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Wulcriq has advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects.

Survivor. Wulcrick regains 10 hit points at the start of his turn if it has at least 1 hit point but fewer hit points than half its hit point maximum.

Sea Legs. Wulcriq has advantage on ability checks and saving throws to resist being knocked prone.

Legendary Captain . Wulcriq has expertise in vechicles(water). He has advantage on ability checks used to navigate hazards.

Actions

Multiattack. Wulcriq makes one attack with his Kraken's Tentacles and one with his Unhinged Jaw. He can replace one of these attacks with Madness Breath, if it is available.

Kraken's Tentacles. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one creature. Hit: 17 (2d10+6) lightning damage. If the target is Medium or smaller, it is grappled (escape DC 19), and pulled within 5 ft. of Wulcriq. While a creature is grappled this way, it is restrained.

Unhinged Jaw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 32 (5d10+5) piercing damage.

Madness Breath (Recharge 5–6). Wulcrick exhales maddening fumes in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed savet the target takes 28 (8d6) psychic damage and is subject to the effects of the confusion until the end of its next turn.  On a successful save they take half damage and is not subject to the confusion effect.
