Traits

Moonlight Hearth. During a short or long rest, Yawn touches a point in space, and an invisible, 30-foot-radius sphere of magic appears, centered on that point. Total cover blocks the sphere. While within the sphere, Yawn and her allies gain a +5 bonus to Dexterity (Stealth) and Wisdom (Perception) checks, and any light from open flames in the sphere isn't visible outside of it. The sphere vanishes at the end of the rest or when she leaves the sphere.

Disciple of Life. Yawns healing spells are more effective. Whenever she uses a spell of 1st level or higher to restore hit points to a creature, the creature regains 3 additional hit points.

Spellcasting. Yawn is a 4th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). She has the following spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): create bonfire, guidance
1st Level (4 slots): healing word, cure wounds, bless, goodberry
2nd Level (2 slots): invisibility, Healing Spirit

Summer Balm (3/Day). As a bonus action, Yawn blesses a creature it can see within 120 feet of it. The target regains 10 (3d6) hit points and 9 temporary hit points.

Special Equipment. Yawn wears Dreamers Gown. A trail of violets follows Yawn's steps, cleansing the area of any magical effects. When an ally ends their turn in the same space, they heal 1 hp.

Actions

Quarterstaff. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage, or 4 (1d8) bludgeoning damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.

Channel Divinity: Preserve Life As an action, Yawn presents her holy symbol  (a half heart necklace) and evoke healing energy that can restore 20 hit points. Choose any number of creatures within 30 feet of Yawn, and divide those hit points among them. This feature can restore a creature to no more than half of its hit point maximum. Yawn can't use this feature on an undead or a construct.

Reactions

Aura of Care. Whenever another creature within 5 feet of Yawn is attacked, makes an ability check, saving throw, or makes an attack role, Yawn may use her reaction to have that character roll a d4 and add that to their result. Yawn may use this ability after dice are rolled but before the result is known.

Description

Gentle, kind, and nurturing since she was a young girl, Yawn is beloved in her rural village, overcoming all suspicion that typically comes to Tieflings. Dedicating her time to healing the sick and ailing blighted crops, whenever Yawn went a bounty bloomed. Soon the local baron would have her weave a magic dress in honor of her selfless service.

But her older brother didn’t have life as easy. As he was growing up, the family was still treated as outcast, charged extra for basic goods and services and not allowed to use common land. Seeing their reaction change only once their family was of use  to the village only reinforced his beliefs. So he left to join a foreign army in the land of Vidhi, but went missing in the recruitment camp.

Yawn has followed her brother’s footsteps, hoping to find an answer to her brother’s mysterious disappearance. Though a healer by nature, she’s joined the army recruitment in hope of finding an answers, and perhaps whatever remains of her brother.

Yawn can help heal the party in battle, provide good berries to help with some of the food provisions.
