Legendary Might(3/day). Zeblog can choose to pass a saving throw he would have failed, or choose for another creature to fail a saving throw against him if they would have succeed

Drain Life. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 60ft, 1 target. Hit: 14 (4d6 ) Necrotic damage. Zeblog regains Hp equal to the damage delt.
Release Lightning (Recharge 5–6). Zeblog releases lightning in an 60-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 71 (13d10) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Release Fire (Recharge 5–6). Zeblog releases fire in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 56 (16d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Release Ice (Recharge 5–6). Zeblog releases an icy blast in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw, taking 54 (16d6) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Release Poison (Recharge 5–6). Zeblog releases poisonous gas in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw, taking 54 (16d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Enslave (3/Day). Zeblog targets one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed by Zeblog until Zeblog dies or until it is on a different plane of existence from the target. The charmed target is under Zeblog's control and can't take reactions, and Zeblog and the target can communicate telepathically with each other over any distance.
Parry. Zeblog adds +3 to his ac.
Zeblog can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Life Drain (Costs 1 Action). Zeblog uses drain life.

Release energy (Costs 2 Actions). Zeblog uses one of his release abilities.
