Charm. One humanoid that Yalena can see within 30 feet of it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed for 1 minute. The charmed  target obeys her verbal commands. If the target suffers any harm or receives a suicidal command, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success. the Target also makes a save at the end of every turn. If the target successfully saves against the effect, or if the effect on it ends, the target is immune to this fiend's Charm for the next 24 hour if the target of this charm is hostile towards Yalena, they have advantage on the saving throw. 

Innate Spellcasting. The witch’s innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). The witch can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: alter self,, eldritch blast (at 11th level), mage armor (self only) Shield

1/day each: circle of death, enthrall, suggestion

3/day each: Counterspell, hex

Actions

Multiattack. The witch makes two attacks: one with its magic and one with its shortsword.

Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage.

Eldritch Blast: +7 to hit .3 bolts 1d10

Bonus Actions

Blood Bend. The witch can use a bonus action to control the movement of one creature  that it can see within 30 feet of it. The creature must succeed on a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or use its reaction to move up to 30 feet in a direction of the witch’s choice. As a part of this movement, she can cause the creature to make 1 attack against a creature it can see.

Reactions

 

Blood thorns : when a creature would move into melee range with Yelena, she can use her reaction to cause them to make a Dexterity saving throw DC15, if they fail, they are instead Restrained until the end of their next turn. 

 

Legendary Actions

BloodPort: 1 LA : Yalena can teleport up to her movement and immediately make 1 melee or spell attack. 

Muscle Seize. target one creature, the target can only make one attack on its turn, if the creature were to cast a spell that requires somatic component, it is unable to do so.

 

Charm: Yalena can use her charm ablility (recharge 5-6)
