Innate Spellcasting. Marina's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
1/day each: Dissonant Whispers, fog cloud, greater invisibility, Wind Walk (self only)
Magic Resistance. Marina has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Marina touches one creature she can see within 5 feet of her. The creature must succeed on a DC 13 Intelligence saving throw or take 13 (3d6 + 3) psychic damage and be stunned until the start of Siren's next turn.
Luring Scream. Marina has a magical scream of agony and pain whilst she dances desperately. Every creature within 300 feet of her that can hear the scream must succeed on a DC 13 Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 24 (6d6) psychic damage and is charmed. On a successful save, a target takes half as much damage and isn't charmed. Marina must take a bonus action on its subsequent turns to continue screaming. She is unable to stop screaming as long as she sees people watching her desperate dance. The scream ends if Marina is incapacitated.
A Target is also compelled to use any and all of their actions to violently attack any creatures within 5 feet of them, and drag them down into the lake with them.
Description
Marina Kresnova was a beautiful peasant girl from Berez hundreds of years ago. After becoming an obsession of Strahd’s, likely due to being a reincarnation of the soul of his former love Tatyana, the village’s burgomaster conspired to put her to death to prevent his regular visits and save her soul from damnation. This is said to be the catalyst for Strahd’s rage and subsequent flooding of Berez via the Luna River.
Instead of saving her soul, Her father, the burgomaster, unknowingly damned her instead. To the lake north-east from where Berez once was, where she used to meet in secret with Strahd under the moonlight. In this lake she still resides, draped in all the gold and jewels once given to her by Von Zarovich, luring any and all souls who dare to come close into the lake with her. Screaming out in agony and pain for all that she's lost.
