Multiattack: The snowman makes two claw attacks.

Action Melee Attack. Claw, +5 to hit, reach 5ft, one target, Hit: 6 (2d6+1) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature it must succeed on a DC 11 Wisdom save or be frightened until the end of the snowman's next turn. 

Action Ranged Attack. Malicious Glare. The snowman targets one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. If the target can see the snowman, the target must succeed on a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw or be magically paralyzed until the end of the snowman's next turn. 

Ice Barrage: (Recharge 5-6) The snowman calls a barrage of frozen balls of ice in a 15ft cone that does 18pts (6d6) to all in the area of effect.
