Spellcasting. The Undead Nurse is a 1st-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is wisdom (spell save DC 10, +2 to hit with spell attacks). The Undead Nurse has following cleric spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Resistance, Mending
1st level (4 slots): Cure Wounds, Detect Poison and Disease
Hypodermic Needle. The Nurse injects themselves with poison. Healing themselves for 1D8 (1/Day)
Vaccination. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d4 + 1) Poison damage. This gives the poisoned status effect.
Stethoscope Strangle. Melee Weapon Attack: +1 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d4 + 4) Bludgeon damage.
If used in tandem with another undead entity, as a 1/Day bonus action, they can inject the entity with poison for 1d8 healing.
Counter-Stab. As a reaction to a piercing attack, the nurse may stay poised during the attack, taking the opportunity to attack with Vaccination. (See Actions)
