Reformation. Once defeated there is a 65% chance the wolves will reform into a larger wolf. When this happens the ratio of small to large wolves is 2:1. This effect does not trigger if the creature has taken any radiant damage since the end of its last turn.
Pack Tactics. The wolf has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of the wolf's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 11 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target . Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) slashing damage. If the target is a living creature, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 hour poisoned.
