Burning Fruit. Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 10/60 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage + 7 (2d6) fire damage.

Poison Breath. The Zaqqum exhales poisonous gas in a 45-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 21 (6d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Bonus Actions

Force Feed (Recharge 6). The Zaqqum can force a creature it has grappled to eat one of its cursed fruits. The creature must succeed a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or take 28 (8d6) fire damage and 17 (5d6) psychic damage and become incapacitated until the end of its next turn.
