You tap into the nightmares of a creature you can see within range and create an illusory manifestation of its deepest fears, visible only to that creature. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target becomes frightened for the duration. Before the spell ends, the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d6 psychic damage at the end of each turn. On a successful save, the spell ends.
Chill Touch

Range: 120 feet
Target: The space of a creature within range

You create a ghostly, skeletal hand in the space of a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the creature to assail it with the chill of the grave. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 necrotic damage and can’t regain hit points until the start of your next turn. Until then, the hand clings to the target.
Slice: Their scythe goes out and creates a concentrated crescent of pure energy, and if it hits, the target must make an STR saving throw 15 on failed 2d6 damage if succeded half the damage.

Bite: Yirs can try to bite, sinking venom into a victim's blood. If it hits, the victim will receive 1d8 of poison damage and must make a CON saving throw of 15 or higher to avoid being poisoned.
If the character is poisoned, they receive hallucinations and lose 5ft in their speed. The poison only subsides when Yirs dies.

Description
Yirs. Nonbinary. Changeling. Age unknown but physically 28.
Beautiful with white skin and large pupils, and black eyes. And long braided white hair with jewels braided in. Wearing a black lace corset and black billowing top with tight, form-fitting black pants. And a black tattoo of a snake up the neck and over the cheek. A giant white snake rests on their shoulder.
Can merge with the snake and transform into one.
When the monstrous form is revealed large black scythe drips from their arms to use to attack and their black eyes drip thick inky liquid. The snake merges with them for the last time and they gain venom in their teeth.
