Traits

Icy Armor. The creature can secrete water from it's pores that instantly freezes upon contact with the outside air forming a sort of armour +2 Armour class when active and inflict +6 cold damage on it's swipe attack. When coated in icy armour gain resistance to slashing and piercing damage but gain Fire Vulnerability

Bloat. The creature can use water in its stomach to puff up like a balloon doing so increases the monster's size by one stage and breaks it's Icy Armor in the process. When bloated the Zamtrios can make a jump and attempt to land on an opponent the target has to make a Dexterity save DC15 in order to dodge the attack otherwise take 26 (8d4 + 10) Bludgeoning damage. When Bloated Gain Fire Resistance and +2 constitution but lose resistance to slashing and piercing.

Actions

Burrow: the Zamtrios burrows underground and becomes invulnerable until it's next turn where it will burst out of the ice and chomp down in midair attempting to grapple

Swipe: +3 to hit, reach 10 ft., 2 targets. Hit: 11 (1d10 + 6) [Slashing] damage. 

Ice Spew: +2 to hit, range #20/#100 ft., 1 target. Hit: 17 (3d8 + 5) [Cold] damage.

Bonus Actions

If the Zamtrios has someone grappled they make a constitution save if they fail take 2d6 cold damage. 

Reactions

If the Zamtrios detects someone nearby using tremorsense it will target the for its next attack
