Zaktan’s Rebirth. If even one of Zaktan’s Draconic Insects survives, Zaktan The Green Swarm will magically reform in 2d10 days.

Duplicate (Recharge 6). The draconic insect magically duplicates itself, spawning 1d4 Zaktan’s Draconic Insects, placed in unoccupied spaces within 5 ft. of it. If the draconic insect takes acid or fire damage, it can’t use this action.
Description
A magical experiment gone wrong transformed the adult green dragon Zaktan into a swarm of draconic insects.
Resembling a cross between a locust and a green dragon, each of these tiny draconic insects contains a portion of Zaktan’s soul, as such no matter how many times Zaktan “dies” Zaktan the Green Swarm will return so long as one of his draconic insects lives.
