Snow Camouflage. The gnome has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in snowy terrain.

Gnome Cunning. The gnome has advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws against magic.

Pact Tactics. Yule Lad has advantage on attack rolls against another creature if at least one of the other Yule Lads is within 5 feet of the target creature and the Yule Lad isn't incapacitated.

Actions

 Multiattack. The Yule Lad can use its Chilling Gaze or Yule Breath and make 2 hook attacks.

Hook. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 15).

Chilling Gaze. The Yule Lad targets one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. If the target can see the Yule Lad, the target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 10 (3d6) cold damage and is paralyzed for 1 minute. This has no affect on creatures that are immune to cold damage. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If the target's saving throw is successful, or if the effect ends on it, the target is immune to the Chilling Gaze of all Yule Lads for 1 hour.

Yule Breath. The Yule Lad exhales an icy blast of hail in a 15 foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13  Constitution saving throw, taking 22 (5d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Bonus Actions

Fire Breath (Recharge 6). Candle-Stealer can use a bonus action to exhale fire at a target within 30 feet of him. The target must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Description

Candle-Stealer is the thirteenth Yule Lad who steals candles made of tallow so he can eat them. He has resistant to fire damage.
