Magical Body. The phoenix's talon attack is magical

Crackling Death. When the phoenix is reduced to 0hp, it explodes. Each creature within 10 feet of the phoenix must make a DC 14 DEX saving throw, taking 4d6 lightning damage on a failure or half as much on a success. The explosion leaves behind a Tiny, warm egg that will impart a tingling sensation when touched. 

Illumination. The arclight phoenix sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet.

Grounded Lightning. If the phoenix ends its turn touching the ground its movement speed is halved and it has disadvantage on all attacks and ability checks until the end of its next turn.

Talon. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d6+2) slashing damage + 7 (2d6) Lightning damage.

Spark. Ranged Spell Attack: +6 to hit, range 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (3d8) Lightning damage. 

Lightning Form. The arclight phoenix can transform into a form of elemental lightning for a brief period. It immediately moves 60ft. in a straight line, passing through any creatures in its path. While in this form, it can move through gaps as small as 1 inch without squeezing. Any creature within 5ft of the path of the phoenix when it uses Lightning Form must make a DC 14 DEX saving throw, taking 3d6 lightning damage on a failure or half as much on a success. Once the phoenix uses this ability, it may not use this ability or Spark for the next minute while it recharges.
