Two Heads. The Undead Ettin has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, stunned, and knocked unconscious.
Wakeful. When one of the Undead Ettin's heads is asleep, its other head is awake.
Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the Undead Ettin to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + half the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the Undead Ettin drops to 1 hit point instead.
Multiattack. The ettin makes two attacks: one with its battleaxe and one with its morningstar.
Battleaxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 6) slashing damage.
Morningstar. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage.
