Description
The hot volcanic breath of a green dragon has been the reason the forest giants have always been a second fiddle to be the kings of the woodlands. Equipped with several large sacks full of human bones from a raid of a local village, the giants head to the Vine Cottage where the known forest witch resides. "Those bones are right of the flesh the blood is still dripping from the mesh those will work nicely as tribute."
With payment the ritual started. The appearance of a elephant sized boar with four tusks two larger then the other, hoofs the sized of goats, with a mane running down the back. The legs looked to short to hold its massive body, a monstrosity that fits the part of a giants guard dog. While the zaghoof started to rampage the witch then raised her hand "You cant fight fire with trees silly giants let me help you with this." Stopped in its rampage as electricity from the earth flowed through the hooves into the body of the zaghoof the mane running down the back with a thin wavey flow of sparks that seems to give it a luminescent blue tone. With years of breeding the zaghoof helped fight back the green dragons enough for the forest giants to at least live with out the constant fear of fire coming from the skies.
The zaghoof lives deep in the forests, swamps, and jungles. It will dig a massive hole in the ground so that all sides of its body is touching the earth, It does this to gather the earths electrical current to keep warm. They have been seen roaming around with Forest Giants as pets, but its more common or not to find the zaghoof alone. Travelers up to 1 mile can feel a constant vibration go through the body as hair on the arms start to stand up, the closer they get they will start to see little unharmful sparks start randomly shoot from the hair on the head, arms, and legs.
