Actions

Action Name. Enter the description for your action.

Head claw. The writhed targets a nearby creature. They have to make a DC 16 strength saving throw or become grappled and restrained by the writhed head claw. A target grappled in this way can repeat the saving throw at the end of their turn.

Giant claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 25 ft., 1 target. Hit: 24 (4d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage. The target is grappled and restrained. Once a target is grappled or restrained int his way, this attack cannot be used on any other creature until the other creature is disposed of. If a creature does 20 or more damage to the claw in a single turn, the creature is released.

Leg sweep. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 15 ft., 2 targets. Hit: 17 (3d10 + 5) slashing damage. The targets have to make a DC 15 constitution saving throw or become infected with the plague. 

Ribcage consumption (Recharge 6). The writhed targets a creature that is grappled or restrained by its giant claw. That creature has to make a DC 21 strength saving throw or become consumed. A creature consumed in this way takes 22 (4d10) acid damage at the start of their turn and has to make a DC 14 constitution saving throw or become toxicant for 1 minute. If a creature deals 30 or more damage in a single turn to the writhed, the creature inside is spit out 30 feet away and is knocked prone for 1 minute.

Plague spray (Recharge 8). The writhed shoots out yellow liquid in a 60 foot cone from its ribcage. All corpses and undead creatures that aren't plague zombies will rise as either a regular or special plague zombie. Any regular creature has to make a DC 19 constitution saving throw or become toxicant for 1 minute.

Claw throw. The writhed throws one of the creatures grappled with its head claw an amount of feet away equal to 1d100, That creature takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage for each 10 feet thrown.
