Incorporeal Movement. The Specter can move through other Creatures and Objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.
False Death. If the Wraith's Eye reduces a creature to 0 HP, the creature is put in Shrouded Stasis, with the following effects until the Wraith's Eye is destroyed. A creature in Shrouded Stasis is stabilized, but cannot regain hit points by any means.
Shadowflame Lantern. Spellcasting modifier +6, Spellsave DC 13.
Life-Taker's Flames. All fire damage done by the Wraith's Eye marks marks a spot within a 30 feet radius of the damaged creature. On the start of the Wraith's Eye next turn, the mark explodes, dealing 2d6 fire damage, and healing a nearby Wraith's Eye for half the amount.
Lightsworn Path. The Wraith's Eye uses two spells, or Balefire Totem (1/SR).
Shadowflame Spear. Line 5ft wide, 30 feet long, Dex Save for half damage. 2d8 fire damage on hit.
Flamesweep. Cone 15 feet, Dex Save for half damage, 2d8 fire damage on hit.
Umbral Cage. Single target 60 feet, Wis Save. Blind and deals 1d6 force damage each turn, repeat save at the end of all turns. Cannot stack.
Balefire Totem. Summon a Balefire totem on any spot within 30 feet. At the start of every turn, every creature within 10 feet of the totem has their maximum HP reduced by 1d8, which can stack. Can be destroyed (20 HP, 12 AC), which ends the effect, but does not refund hit points.
Returned by the Flames (1/LR). 30 feet teleport, Dex save for all creatures within 5 feet of old and new location, 2d6 fire damage on fail.
Shifting Wraith. When a creature ends their turn next to 5 feet to the Wraith's Eye, she can use her reaction to move up to 15 feet without provoking Opportunity Attacks.
Description
A mere shadow, vague outlines on an elf wreathed in shadow, only her glowing eyes, filled with malice, are properly visible. Wields a large lantern, lit by a strange flame.
