Each creature within 30 feet of the dimetrodon that can see the display and is not immune to being charmed must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become stunned for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Description
Dimetrodon is known for its large, sail-like structure on its back, which is actually a modified neural spine. The sail was likely used for thermoregulation, with the sail facing the sun to warm up or facing away to cool down. This Outwordly version has also evolved to use its sail like fin to daze prey and predator alike.
