Storm Manipulation. Zephyr know's the Control Flames cantrip. Starting at 3rd level, he can cast the Thunderous Smite Spell with this trait, without requiring a material component or concentration. Starting at 5th level, you can also cast the Thunder Step spell with this trait, as a reaction without requiring a material component. Once you cast Thunderous Smite or Thunder Step with this trait, you can’t cast that spell with it again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast either of those spells using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level.
Storm's Speed. Zephyr can double his speed for 10 minutes. This ability does not require concentration and can be used only once per day.
Multiattack. Zephyr makes two attacks: one with his Lightning Blade and one with his Thunder Strike.
Lightning Blade, +2. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) lightning damage.
Thunder Strike. Zephyr unleashes a wave of thunderous energy in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Storm Manipulation. Zephyr can cast the Thunder Step spell with this trait, as a reaction without requiring a material component.
