Action Surge (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). Yasha can take one additional action on top of her regular action and possible bonus action.
Archery. Yasha has a +2 bonus to ranged weapon attack rolls (included in the attack).
Careful Eyes. Yasha can use a bonus action to perform a Search action.
Crossbow Expert. Yasha ignores the loading property on crossbows. Additionally, being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn't impose disadvantage on her attack rolls.
Steady Aim (3/Day). As a bonus action, Yasha takes careful aim at a creature she can see within range of its ranged weapon. Until the end of her turn, Yasha deals an extra 5 damage with each of her ranged weapon attacks against the target.
Multiattack. Yasha makes two melee attacks or two ranged attacks.
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit:6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage.
Heavy Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 100/400 ft., one creature. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) poison damage.
Conjure Bolas (Recharge 5-6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4+3) bludgeoning damage and the target is restrained for 1 minute (escape DC 13).
