Special Equipment. Xedallia/Xelleth wears a magic robe that grants them a +5 bonus to AC and a +3 bonus to saving throws (included above).
Multiattack. The new Emperor or Empress makes three Radiant Strike attacks. They can sacrifce two attacks for a spell.
Blade of Xarxysis (Xeleth only). Melee Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft. one target. 1d12 slashing damage plus Hit: 32 (4d10 + 5) radiant damage. tarket must make a dc 20 consitituion saving throw or become blinded until Xeleth's next turn
Radiant Strike. Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 32 (4d10 + 5) necrotic damage.
Spellcasting. Xedallia or Xeleth casts one of the following spells, using Intelligence as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 21):
At will: mage hand, message, prestidigitation
4/day each: bestow curse, Bigby’s hand, dimension door, mage armor, Otiluke’s resilient sphere, thunderwave
2/day each: Evard’s black tentacles, finger of death, time stop
Starlight Explosion (Recharge 5-6). Xeleth/Xedallia magically calls down a mote of Xarxyis starlight that detonates in 2 20-foot-radius spheres, each one centered on a point they can see within 1 mile of herself. These explosions can overlap. Each creature in one or more of these spheres must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 35 (6d8s) radiant damage on a failed saving throw, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature in multiple spheres takes this damage only once but must make two saves to avoid the full damage of either explosion.
Summon Ancient Solar Dragon(1/Day). Xeleth/Xadalia magically summons the Ancient Solar Dragon that has served the Xarxyian royal family since its founding: Valcroner. It arrives from the sky and immediately teleports the Prince/Princess astride its head.
Disproportion Damage: Recognised by the light of Xarxyis as the new emperor any damage the prince would receive from any attack or spell is halved, with the other half being shared with either his troops or if summoned the ancient Dragon he is astrid. if there are no guards or dragon left to defend him in combat within 60 feet of him he will take full damage.
I CANNOT BE STOPPED!: any attempt to incapacitate him or restrict his actions will be rebuffed. whoever cast the spell or used the ability must make a saving throw against their own DC for the spell/ability they used or have the effect work against them until their next turn.
Xeleth/Xedallia have 3 legendary action points they can use for the following moves:
The Light Heals All Wounds (1 point) the prince and his allies heal 3d10 points of damage as they invoke the power of the star
cast a free spell (two points)
Starlight Explosion (3 points) cast a free starlight explosion.
Lair and Lair Actions
Free action: The Light of Xarxyis: Under the light of the star the new emperor/empress will heal 2d12 points of damage and gain 9 temporary HP at the start of each turn.
the following action can only be used once per round:
