keen hearing. The hound has advantage on Wisdom (perception) checks that rely on hearing and +5 to passive perception related to hearing.

auditory awareness. The hound is blind beyond it's infrared vision range. Any creature that moves, speaks or prepares a spell or attack (or basically does anything that makes a noise) within a 120ft range of the hound has to do a DC11 stealth check or have its position revealed to the hound until the creature successfully does the hide action (with the hounds auditory passive perception being 16). Any creature that attacks the hound or enters the hounds 5ft infrared vision range will also have its position revealed to the hound until it successfully does the hide action.

telepathy. The hound can communicate silently with other pack members.

territorial. whenever the hound senses something that isn't allowed to be in it's territory. It will alert other pack members and attack.

mimicry. The hound can perfectly mimic almost any sound(speech, sword slashes etc...) it has ever heard to lure it's prey. this doesn't mean it understands languages.

Pack Tactics. The hound has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the hound's pack members is within 5 feet of the creature and the pack member isn't incapacitated.

 

Actions

Multiattack. The hound makes one bite attack and two claw attacks or a lunge attack followed by a bite attack.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage.

Lunge. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 15ft., 1 target. Hit: 22 (4d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. The target has to make a DC 15 dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. The target is pushed 5ft further. Miss: The target moves 5ft out of the way. The hound lunges towards the target. This action can only be used if the hound hasn't moved yet on it's turn.

Amnestic cloud (2/day). The hound releases an invisible gas in a 15ft radius around it. A creature that enter this cloud must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be unable to perceive the hound for the next minute or 10 rounds of combat, unless the creature has truesight, blindsight or other ways of seeing without eyes. The effect is canceled when the hound attacks the creature.
