Actions

Multiattack. The Indominus Rex makes three of any Bite attacks.

Crushing Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 46 (6d10 + 8) Bludgeoning damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 18). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the Indominus Rex can't bite another target.

Piercing bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 35 (5d10 + 8) Piercing damage.

Tearing Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 46 (6d10 + 8) Bludgeoning damage. If the target is a Huge or smaller creature, it is incapacitated until the Indominus Rex's next turn.

Keen Hearing and Smell. The Indominus Rex has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Jumping Strike. If the Indominus Rex moves at least 10 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 10 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is a small or tiny creature it is knocked prone and is grappled (escape DC 10 Strength).

Grasping Claw. The Indominus Rex has advantage on all bite attacks made against creatures that it has grappled.

 

Natural Camouflage. The Indominus Rex's skin can change colour at will, to match the environment, giving it a natural advantage when trying to hide or travel undetected. It can take the Hide action so long as it's are adjacent to any opaque object or solid surface. In addition, whenever it is hidden and stands still, creatures have disadvantage on all ability checks made to detect it that rely on sight.

Harden Skin. The Indominus Rex changes its skin texture to be tougher, giving it a +1 bonus to Armor Class.

Texture Changing. The Indominus Rex can change its skin to mimic any color or texture perfectly.

Quick Reflex. The Indominus Rex can take the Dash action as a bonus action.

Bonus Actions

Disemboweling Slash. If the Indominus Rex hits with a claw attack against a creature that is prone, it may use a bonus action to make a second claw attack against the same target.

Rage. When the Indominus Rex drops below half health within the span of 5 rounds, it becomes resistant to all sources of damage, looses all levels of exhaustion, and gains advantage on all Bite attacks for 10 for until it heals or drops to 0 health. This ignores resistances to slashing, bludgeoning, and piercing.  During this state the Indominus Rex will attack the closest creature.

Reactions

Quick Reflex. The Indominus Rex can take the Dash action as a bonus action.
