Sharpshooter. Attacking at long range doesn't impose disadvantage on Zanusha's ranged weapon attack rolls. Her ranged weapon attacks ignore half cover and three-quarters cover.

Elven Accuracy. Whenever Zanusha has advantage on an attack roll using Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma, you can reroll one of the dice once.

Spellcasting. Zanusha  is a 12th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks). Zanusha has following Bard spells prepared:

Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 600 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (1d8 + 8) piercing damage.

Sharpshot. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 600 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (1d8 + 18) piercing damage.

Eldritch Blast. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, range 120 ft., three targets. Hit: 6 (1d10) force damage.

Bonus Actions
Swift Quiver. If Zanusha has Swift Quiver active, she can make two additional Longbow or Sharpshot attacks.
Hexblade’s Curse. Once per short rest, as a bonus action, Zanusha can choose one creature she can see within 30 ft. to curse it for 1 minute (or until the target dies, she dies, or she is incapacitated). Against the cursed target, she gains a +5 bonus to damage rolls, scores a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20, and she regains 8 HP if it dies.

Reactions

Shield. When Zanusha is hit by an attack or targeted by the magic missile spell, she can expend one 1st level or higher spell slot to get a +5 bonus to AC, including against the triggering attack, and take no damage from magic missile until the start of her next turn, 

Counterspell. When Zanusha sees a creature within 60 feet of her casting a spell, she can expend one 3rd level or higher spell slot to attempt to interrupt a creature in the process of casting a spell. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a success, the creature's spell fails and has no effect. Zanusha is automatically successful if she uses a spell slot of the same level or higher as the spell she's attempting to interrupt.

Description

Zanusha had wanted to become a warrior of legends for as long as she could remember. She traveled from place to place singing songs about her own adventures and offering her bow to help people. As she gained fame, she gathered a group of adventurers who traveled with her and faced increasingly more dangerous creatures. On one of her adventures, however, there was a rift that opened into the Shadowfell, she fell and was lost for a while.

There, she fell under the influence of an entity who granted her a magical bow so that she could become the warrior of legends she wanted, in exchange for which she would return to the material plane to "prepare his coming." The bow, he explained, could create a rift between the material plane and Shadowfell if she could feed it enough life energy. A Banishment spell returned her to the material plane, where she set about hunting to feed the bow.

She realized, quickly, that hunting beasts and monsters was not enough to satisfy the bow's hunger, so she now hunts adventurers in order to satisfy her bow's hunger.
