Traits

Warded. The Village Elite gains a +1 to AC

Amphibious. The undergrung can breathe air and water.

Sunlight Sensitivity: While in sunlight, the undergrung has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom ( Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Poisonous Skin. Any creature that grapples the grung or otherwise comes into direct contact with the grung’s skin must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 1d4 poison damage and become poisoned for 1 minute. The poisoned creature is frightened of its allies. A poisoned creature no longer in direct contact with the grung can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Leaping Warrior. The undergrung’s long jump is up to 25 feet and its high jump is up to 20 feet, with or without a running start. The undergrung can attach itself to a surface by leaping towards it for one turn.

Actions

Multiattack. The Village Elite makes three attacks per turn.

Sword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 6ft, one target. Hit: 2d8+3 piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 2d4 poison damage.

Tongue Punch. Melee or Ranged Physical Attack: +8 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 2d6+3 bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or be dragged 10 feet towards the Village Elite, if size Medium to Large, and 15ft if Small or Tiny.

Flurry of Blades. Melee dual weapon attack: +5 to hit, reach 6ft., two targets. Hit: 4d8 +3 piercing damage.

Kick. Melee Physical attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6 + 3 bludgeoning damage.

Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: + 5 to hit, reach 5 ft. or 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8+3 or 1d6+3 piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 2d4 poison damage.

Mesmerizing Chirr (Recharge 3-6). The grung makes a chirring noise to which grungs are immune. Each humanoid or beast that is within 15 feet of the grung and able to hear it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be stunned until the end of the grung’s next turn.

Reactions

Aegis of assault. At-will: reach 50ft., one target. The Village Elite marks the target. The target remains marked until it uses this power against another target. If you mark other creatures using other powers, the target is still marked. A creature can be subject to only one mark at a time. A new mark supersedes a mark that was already in place.
If its marked target makes an attack that doesn't include it as a target, the target takes a −2 penalty to attack rolls. If that attack hits and the marked target is within 10 squares of the Village Elite, you can use an immediate reaction to teleport to a square adjacent to the target and make a melee basic attack against it. If no unoccupied space exists adjacent to the target, it can't use this immediate reaction.

Aegis of ensnarement.
When the target hits with an attack that does not include the Village Elite as a target, it can use an immediate reaction after the target's entire attack is resolved to teleport the target to any space adjacent to it. In addition, the target grants combat advantage to all allied creatures until the end of your next turn. If no unoccupied space exists adjacent to you, you can't use this immediate reaction, and the target doesn't grant combat advantage as a result of this effect
