Unnatural speed. The homonculus at speed seemingly impossible for its bulk, any opportunity attack targeting the homonculus is done at disadvantage.
Multiattack. The homonculus makes 3 attacks, 1 with its hand (either Pound or Rock throw) and 2 with two of its bladed appendages (provided it has enough appendages)
Pound. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage. Target must must succeed a DC 17 strength saving throw or be knocked back 10 feet and fall prone
Bladed appendage. Melee weapon attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft. 1 target. Hit:10 (2d6+3) and 5(1d10) necrotic damage
Rock throw. RangedWeapon Attack: +#6 to hit, range 40/80 ft., 1 target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage.
Dash. The homonculus takes the dash action as a bonus action

A tall humanoid with patchwork skin. It has 1 oversized arm and 3 bladed appendages, 1 where its other arm should be and the others on each shoulder.
