Immune to Wind Effects (Su): Regardless of size, an air dragon's movement is never affected by wind of any strength unless it so chooses.
Cloud Movement (Su): An air dragon can slither on clouds or fog as though on solid ground. The ability functions continuously but can be negated or resumed at will.
Damage Reduction: An air dragon's damage reduction does not function against weapons made from stone (such as a giant's thrown rock).
Steam 13 (2d6 + 6) Fire (heat) damage as when you damage this creature steam seems to appear from its wound in a 10 feet cone radius.

Multiattack. The dragon makes two attacks: two with its bite.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage.
Breath Weapons (Recharge 5–6). The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.
Forceful Wind Breath. The dragon exhales a breath in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw. On a success the targets are knocked prone. On a fail the targets are sent back 120ft and if they hit a wall they can make a DC 15 Dex saving throw, on a fail they take 32 (6d10) dmg and half as much on a saved throw. if there is other objects in this breaths range it is also sent back 120ft and deals 4 (1d8) dmg to anyone who fails a DC 10 Dex save
Paralyzing Breath. The dragon exhales paralyzing gas in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
The dragon is able to add 10 to its AC by quickly turning into air where its about to get hit twice per round
Description
Its head darting this way and that, the creature has a vast pair of cloudy-white feathered wings. A crest of bright plumes rises on the back of its head. A fragrance of Clean air surrounds the creature almost clear body.
This Dragon rather not fight but instead stay in the background and watch other life forms. The dragon lives in the Air Elemental Plane and is known to many creatures as The free one because this creature never really listens to rules but also tries not to harm others unless it needs to. This creature does not hunt and no one really knows why.
This dragon also likes to manipulate Air Elementals and puts other creatures through test instead of fighting them when they come to steal their horde of treasure.
If these dragons make a home then they always have hole in it just so they can escape with ease.
