Elementalist: Abyss mages are elementalists, and can be either Pyro (Fire), Electro (Lightning), Hydro (Water) or Cryo (Ice/Frost). They will have different attacks depending on their element, and most or all of their attacks will deal damage of their element.
Elemental Shield: When an abyss mage enters combat, it will create a shield of their element. The shield will have health equal to 10X the abyss mage's health, be immune to all damage of its type, and will have weaknesses and resistances based on what element it is. These can either be based on damage multipliers in Genshin Impact, or be chosen by the DM based on what they think is logical. Upon the shield breaking, the abyss mage will be stunned and knocked prone for 2 rounds. The shield will absorb all damage that would be dealt to the abyss mage.
Elemental Projectile: Sends a projectile of elemental energy to a target within 60 feet. The target must make a DC 14 constitution saving throw. The target will take 2d6 damage of the abyss mages element on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save. Only usable by abyss mages with an intact shield.
Teleport: Teleports to target location within 60 feet. Targets within 5 feet of the location teleported to must make a DC 14 constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 2d4 damage of the abyss mage's element, or half as much on a successful save. Only usable by abyss mages with an intact shield.
Homing Bubble: Creates a bubble that follows a target within 60 feet. The target must make a DC 16 dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 2d6 Bludgeoning (Hydro) damage and will be restrained for 1 round. On a successful save, the bubble will be destroyed, and nothing will happen. Only usable by abyss mages with an intact Hydro shield.
Icicle Crash: Creates an icicle above the head of a target within 60 feet three times (same target each time). For each icicle, the target must make a DC 13 dexterity saving throw. The target takes 4d6 Frost (Cryo) damage per failed save, and half as much per successful save. Only usable by abyss mages with an intact Cryo shield.
Blazing Visage: Summons three demon heads around a target within 60 feet, each making 4 attacks of flame breath. The target must make 4 constitution saving throws. The target will take 3d4 Fire (Pyro) damage for each failed save, and half as much for each successful throw. Only usable by abyss mages with an intact Pyro shield.
Electro Ring: Creates a ring of Electro energy around the abyss mage. Targets within a 10-ft. radius of the abyss mage must make a constitution saving throw. Targets take 6d4 Lightning (Eletro) damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save. Can only be used by abyss mages with an intact Electro shield.
Shield Reformation Ritual: Starts performing a ritual to reform its shield. The ritual will last 1 round or until the abyss mage is knocked prone, petrified, stunned, incapacitated, or applied with another status condition that would make them unable to take an action on their next turn. Whenever damage is dealt to an abyss mage while it is casting its ritual, the attacker must make a check corresponding to the stat modifier of the attack, or a basic d20 if it has no modifier. If the check is higher than 12, the abyss mage is knocked prone, and the ritual will be cancelled. At the end of each turn, if the abyss mage is casting its ritual, targets within a 15 ft. radius must make a constitution saving throw. Targets take 3d6 damage of the abyss mages element on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save. At the beginning of the abyss mages next turn, if it is still casting the ritual, it will use its action to reform its Elemental Shield. Only usable by abyss mages with a broken shield.

Thank you so much! A life saver for my genshin based campaign!
I know this is about a year late, but I'm glad I could help. I also have a lot of other Genshin enemies made into DnD monsters available.
