Multiattack. The Wyrmlight makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage plus 4 (1d6) cold damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage plus 4 (1d6) cold damage.
Luminous Deluge (Recharge 5–6). The Wyrmlight exhales an icy blast accompanied by a swarm of monstrous piranha fishes in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that cone must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 19 (4d8) cold damage and glows with a bioluminescent aura for 1 minute, plus suffers plus suffers and additional 2d4 attacks, each attack using a +3 to hit, dealing an additional 6 (2d4 + 1) piercing damage. On a successful save, they take half the cold damage and don't glow nor suffer the additional attacks.
