Time Draw: This dragon does not require gills to survive in water, but instead draws upon air from it's past. Doing so, it does not require air.
Protective charms: While this dragon is still young, any creature that comes touches this dragon for the first time, must succeed on a DC 16 wisdom saving throw, or be charmed until the dragon releases it, or when the dragon ages to the point of losing this ability. If the creature succeeds the saving throw, it is fully aware that the dragon attempted to charm it, and immediately becomes hostile. This ability can charm up to ten people. This ability is lost to the dragon as it ages.
Anomaly Hunter. The dragon has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks to locate any creature that is not in their original time.
Multiattack: This dragon can attack three times, Once with it's bite, twice with it's claws.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (3d8+3) piercing damage. When this attack hits a creature, the creature is petrified. If the creature was under the effects of Time Breath, this attack deals an additional 10 piercing damage.
Claw: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft. 1 target. Hit: 11 (3d6+2) Slashing damage.
Timed Strike: After being struck three times, receiving any form of damage from each one, he can resend up to three attacks, attacking as if he was wielding the weapon or casting the spell.
Time Breath (Recharge 5-6). The dragon exhales a cone of rifts, and shatters the time barrier in a 35 ft. cone. Each creature caught in this blast must succeed on a DC 15 dexterity saving throw. If failed, the creature can still act as normal, but it's attacks do no damage, and at the end of it's turn it is returned to it's previous location. If succeeded, the creature can attack normally, but at the end of it's turn it is returned to a location in the time cone of the dragon's choosing. The dragon's time cone remains there until it casts this ability again. A creature wishing to escape the time cone must use it's action and succeed a DC 12 dexterity saving throw.
Paradox Creation (once per long rest). The dragon can take an action to manipulate its own team stream and conjure a past version of itself for one minute. This creature has half of the dragon's original hit points , acts on its summoner's initiative count, and can only exist for one minute due to the constraints of time travel.
Temporal Shift. When hit by an attack, the dragon can distort the flow of time around itself to lessen its effects and takes half as much damage.
Rewind: When this dragon drops below twenty hit points, it quickly rewind's its movement, and can travel to any location that it has been at in the last 24 hours. It gains the amount of hit points it had at that time.
Split in Time: When this dragon is struck, the area on which the creature stands opens a time rift suddenly. This has the same effect as Time Breath, but the creature can deal damage even if they fail the saving throw. However, the creature is still forced into moving back to it's previous location each turn.
Rift Walker: When this dragon steps into a rift, it can travel to any location with a rift. If a creature occupies the area at which the dragon emerges, it must succeed on a DC 15 saving throw, or receive 12 bludgeoning damage.
