Traits

Probing Telepathy: If a creature communicates telepathically with the draxxi, the draxxi gains knowledge of an intimate secret.

Psionic Ability: The draxxi's psionic abilities allow it to cast the following spells at lowest level without verbal, material, or somatic components.  Intelligence is its spellcasting ability (+6 to hit, DC 14).
At-will: Charm Person, Hold Person
1/day: Confusion, Dominate Person

Legendary Resistance (2/day): If the draxxi would fail a saving throw, it may expend a resistance to instead succeed on it.

Drain Memories: As an action, the draxxi can force any creature grappled by its bite to make a DC 15 Intelligence Saving throw.  On a failure, they take 9 (3d6) psychic damage, and if that damage equals or exceeds the targets intelligence score, the target's intelligence score is reduced to zero.  The creature is unconscious until it regains at least one point of intelligence.

Actions

Multiattack. The draxxi makes two claw attacks, or one claw attack and one bite attack.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.  Hit: 9 (1d6+6) piercing damage and the target must succeed on a Strength Saving throw or be grappled.

Mental Blast (Recharge 5-6). The draxxi unleashes an explosion of psychic energy in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw.  Creatures failing their saving throw take 40 (12d6) psychic damage and are stunned until the end of their next turn.  On a successful save, creatures only take half damage and are not stunned.

Legendary Actions

The Draxxi has two legendary actions.  It may expend them to take the following actions only at the end of another creature's turn.  It regains all expended legendary actions at the beginning of its turn.

Forbiddance (2 actions): The Draxxi emits a blast of psychic energy.  All creatures within 30 ft. must succeed on a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw or have disadvantage on their next attack against the Draxxi.

Claw (1 action): The Draxxi makes a claw attack.
