Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage plus 5 (1d10) lightning damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.
Echo blast. (Recharge 5–6). The dragon explodes (not causing damage to the dragon) with a area of lightning damage that is 40 feet big. Each creature in that blast must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 36 (1d10+4) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Bioluminescence. The dragon can use its scales to glow a purple light. This can be used for creatures without dark vision to see in the dark and this will get rid of the condition Frightened if it they were frightened from a dragon. This can only be used 2 times per long rest (The long rest depends on if it had a owner or not).
Description
The Echo dragon is weaker than other dragons but can be compared most to the blue dragon. It is a long black dragon but some of its scales glow with a purple bioluminescent light. It can be tamed if found as an egg, a wrymling, or alone as a adult. It can speak common and are more civilized than others dragon species.
The Echo Dragon is one of the rarest dragon because of when it was hunted for its scales. The Echos dragons are thought to be a sub species of blue dragons but are enchanted or were given more magical abilities. Echo dragons are like the Blue dragon because of there connection with Storms and electricity, it differs from the blue dragon because of it's echo abilities and connection with different types of magic. This is one of not the most intelligent species of dragons and it is one of the only tameable dragons. There are only around 20 left of the Echo dragon's and most of the accounts of these dragons are there eggs or wyrmlings. These dragons are bioluminescent and glow with a purple light on parts of there body's.
